Tyler Cagwin

Tyler began yoga to make his body feel better overall but mostly increase mobility and work to find some steadiness of mind. Marathon running and CrossFit had become a passion but it had caused a lot of tight muscles throughout his body. In 2013 Tyer began practicing yoga at O Yoga in Syracuse, NY. After a few years of physical practice Tyler decided to take the next step and pursue becoming a teacher. His connection to yoga drastically changed during his teacher training with the Boston Yoga School in 2015/2016. Since then his practice has evolved from one that is strictly physical asana to a balanced practice incorporating slower movement and meditation. Patience is the basis on which he builds his classes to make them accessible to all levels of practice but also to try and help practitioners deepen their connection to poses through the movement of breath and energy in the body.
