Client Wellness Policy
To support a positive, respectful, and professional environment for all, we kindly ask that clients review and adhere to the following policies:
1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service and no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
This policy honors the time and preparation of our wellness providers and ensures availability for others.

All wellness services are offered in good faith and with professional care. However, iShine Yoga & Wellness is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm that may occur during or following your session. Clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies and consult their healthcare provider with any medical concerns prior to receiving services.

We strive to create a calm, welcoming space. Please arrive on time, silence your devices, and communicate any health updates or concerns with your practitioner before the session begins.
