Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a 12-hour notice for all class cancellations. Canceling within 12 hours of the class start time, or failing to show up, will result in the following:
Classpacks & Warrior 1 / Warrior 2 Memberships: You will forfeit one class credit.
Unlimited Memberships (All-Access, 1-Year, New Student, & 1-Month): A $22 penalty fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If there is no card on file, this fee must be paid before booking your next class.

Refund & Expiration Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final. There are no refunds on memberships, subscriptions, class packs, workshops, or studio rentals.
Expiration: All memberships, subscriptions, and class packs expire 12 months after the purchase date.
Membership Commitments & Holds
Minimum Commitments: Auto-renewing memberships require a minimum commitment: 6 months for Warrior 1 & Warrior 2, and 12 months for the All-Access Membership.
Early Termination: Canceling an auto-renewing membership before fulfilling your minimum commitment will result in a one-time $100 early termination fee.
Membership Pauses: You may pause your membership for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 45 days.
Sharing Policy: Warrior 1, Warrior 2, All-Access, and 1-Year Unlimited memberships are individual and cannot be shared.
Cancellations & Special Programs
Emergency Late-Cancels: If you have a last-minute illness or emergency, our staff will make a reasonable effort to waive the late-cancel penalty. You must notify us via phone, text, or email before the start of class. Waivers are granted at administrative discretion.
Teacher Trainings: To receive account credit for a training, you must provide at least 30 days' advance notice prior to the training start date.
Co-Op Membership: A one-time fee of $25 grants you a lifetime Co-Op Membership. No additional co-op fees will ever be charged.
Processing Fees:
Please understand that as a small business who aspires to serve our yoga community for many years to come, we will be splitting the cost of our credit card and Direct Deposit fees with you. Choosing “ACH” Direct Deposit as an option will save money at check out. We appreciate your understanding.
