iShine Business Policies

As a small business we need to ensure we continue to grow and thrive so we may better serve you. As such, please be aware of some of the following policies.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

A late-cancel (any class that is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of class) or no-show will be subject to penalty. For Class Packs including our new Warrior I/Warrior II memberships (4x/mo. & 8x/mo.), will result in a loss of one credit. 

For unlimited memberships including All Access, 1-Year Unlimited, New Student Unlimited, and Monthly Unlimited, a late-cancel (any class that is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of class) or no-show will result in a $20 penalty charge to the credit card on file. If no credit card is on file, participant will be required to pay this $20 late-cancel penalty before booking another class.

Updated Terms & Conditions:

The policy of iShine Yoga & Wellness states that there are
 NO REFUNDS on memberships, subscriptions, or class packs. 
All-Access Membership is auto-renewing, ALL memberships, subscriptions, and class packs expire 12 months after purchase.

Any membership/subscription that is auto-renewing has a minimum commitment that is included in that membership/subscription. 

 (2 month requirement for Warrior 1 & Warrior 2 membership, 12 month requirement for All-Access Membership). The penalty for early termination is a one-time fee of $100.

In cases of last-minute emergencies, reasonable effort will be made by staff to negate the late-cancel penalty. This will require a phone call, text, or email from student/member prior to the start of class. This is only for the case of illness or emergency, and is at the discretion of admin.

Co-Op Membership is a one-time fee of $25 for a life membership. 
No additional co-op fees will be charged.

Processing Fees:

Please understand that as a small business who aspires to serve our yoga community for many years to come, we will be splitting the cost of our credit card and Direct Deposit fees with you. Choosing “ACH” Direct Deposit as an option will save money at check out. We appreciate your understanding.
