Becca Grinstead

Becca stumbled upon iShine the week they opened (2017) and felt connected from the start! She began practicing and eventually went on to become a RYT® 200 at iShine in 2020. With an interest in deepening her practice and understanding, Becca completed her RYT® 300 certification with Rolf Gates in November 2022. Becca is also a professional baker; she graduated with her Baking and Pastry degree from The Culinary Institute of America in 2010. Becca feels being a part of the iShine family and community is an amazing thing; it brings love and joy to her life and she is inspired by so many members of this community. Becca’s classes are grounding and fun.
