Peaceful, calming, safe, clean. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I was very encouraged by her wealth of knowledge and the time she took to get to know my personal needs. I left feeling physically better and mentally lighter.”

During your session you will,

Spend some time initially describing your reason for coming for acupuncture treatment. Some come for specific concerns such as physical pain, headaches, digestive issues, anxiety, mental/emotional challenges, fertility or menopausal symptoms. Some people come for general wellness, vitality, strength or stamina. After your assessment, we will find a position of comfort for your treatment. Lying comfortably on a massage table, most treatments last 60 minutes.
