Megan has had a passion for encouraging others to feel empowered in their lives and amazing in their bodies ever since she can remember. When she took her first yoga class in 2001, she noticed right away how this modality fit with her passions. It was love at first inhale! She knew it was something she wanted to share with others and in 2012, she took the leap, left the corporate world, and began her instructing journey.
Currently, you can find Megan teaching yoga, meditation, and dance fitness in the Cornelius area as well as working one-on-one with clients as a personal trainer, Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, and Behavioral Change Coach. She also works with local sports teams as the Yoga Coach for a college soccer team and the Fitness Coach for the Charlotte Checkers' CheckMates.
