Anita has been in the healthcare field for over 40 years and has worked to incorporate healing and wellness into every role. She has taught health science curricula at the baccalaureate and graduate levels and has served in diverse health care roles including women's health, chronic care management, integrative care and employee health. Certified in Biofeedback & Heart Math and Yoga, Anita looks forward to working with iShine co-op members for health coaching.

Erin was born and raised in Canada where at the age of two she began figure skating and later travelled the world doing ice shows. In 2010 Erin travelled to India where Ayurvedic treatments cured her of migraine headaches. It was during this time that she feel in love with yoga and discovered an interest in a more natural approach to living.
Over the years Erin developed an un-ending passion for nutrition and helping others find vitality in the whole foods they eat. She is certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Erin & her husband Marc have two children and moved to the US from Europe in 2017. She is currently enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training at iShine Yoga & Wellness and will graduate in 2019.
Helen is originally from Maine, and has lived in Charlotte since 2011. She has been practicing yoga for about 5 years, and is excited to be a member of the iShine Yoga Teacher Training class of 2019. She is a certified IWA Integrative Life Coach, focusing on helping others show up as their most authentic selves.
She is passionate about community and connection, and runs an online women’s empowerment group. She has a daytime corporate job, but is also a licensed cosmetologist and loves to do hair and makeup for weddings in the area. She is an avid reader, loves dogs, and in her free time can be found doing DIY projects on her home.
Elizabeth Colen is a regular at iShine Yoga & Wellness. She joins the iShine coaching team with a passion for cheering on her clients to live a balanced lifestyle of healthy eating as a way to obtain weight-loss goals. She has been there herself and can help you become the best, confident you!
With lots of hard work, sweat, and tears Elizabeth lost over 115 pounds and has maintained her weight for over 10 years. She looks forward to sharing what she knows in regards to how to navigate weight loss and maintain it with you.
